2. Clear Soup
Ingrediants
Buff mince meat - 1/2 bowl
Stock - 2 bowl
Seasoning - To taste
Vinegar - 1 tbsp
Egg white - 1 egg
Method
Add stock in pan, add Buff mince and seasoning, cook for a while add vinegar and egg white, cook some time, strain liquid and serve in soup bowl.
