1. Cream of Chicken Soup

Ingredients

Chicken Boneless(Dice cut) -20 grm
Stock                                     - 1 bowl
Refined Flour                        - 1 tbsp
Butter                                    - 1 tbsp
Garlic (Chop)                        - 1 clove
Milk                                       - 1/2 cup
Seasoning                              - To taste
Parsley (Chop)                      - To garnish

Method
 Chop the boneless and skinless chicken in small cubes and boil them. After boiling strain it to dry. Heat a pan with butter fry chop garlic until golden add refined flour and stir well add stock and milk on it and mix well add seasoning add chicken dice and cook 2 to 3 minutes. Garnish with chop parsley.
