Russian Salad

Russian Salad

Ingredients

Blanched Mix Veg ( Carrot, Beans, Cauliflower, Potato, Green Peas) - 1 cup
Mix Fruits (Apple, Pineapple) -1/2 cup
Mayonnaise Sauce- 2 tbsp
Seasoning- To taste
Boiled Egg- 2 pcs

Method

Cut mix veg and blanch it in hot water. Mix blanched veg and fruits with mayonnaise sauce seasoning and mash boiled egg with seasoning and garnish with parsley leaf.

Mayonnasie Sauce


Ingredients

Egg yolk- 2 pcs
Oil -1/2 ltrs.
Vinegar- 2 tbsp
Mustard paste- 1/2 tbsp
Seasoning- To taste

Method

Put egg yolk in a bowl and whip it with wisk nicely. Add little drop of oil in it continiously until it absorbs oil. When it comes in thick consistency add vinegar and mustard paste with seasoning and mix well.

French Onion Soup


Ingredients
Onion Slices- 1 cup
Butter -2 tbsp
Brown Stock- 2 cup
Seasoning- To taste
Thyme- 1 pinch
Grated Cheese- 2 tbsp

Method
Heat butter in a sauce pan add slice cut onion in it and stir well until onion change its color. Add brown stock with seasoning and thyme and cook for 10 -15 mins. Fill in a soup cup add grated cheese on it and bake in oven until cheese melts. Garnish with chop parsley and serve with french toast.
